Recognising when you are most fertile

Recognising when you are most fertile

Recognising the range of and changes to your cervical secretions is key to understanding your fertility because they are so closely linked to oestrogen levels. Just prior to ovulation, these secretions become completely clear and can be described as resembling raw egg white.

Hi, I'm 27 years old and am trying for a baby. My boyfriend is 31. I had an ectopic pregnancy when I was 21 so I know my chances may be that little bit more difficult as I had one fallopian tube removed. I was having the depo injection for about 2 years which stopped sometime in 2006. My periods took a long time to get back to normal but they have been now for about 6 months. I haven't been having or taking any other protection. What can I do to help get pregnant? Is there any extra help I can get from the doctors due to the fact that it is going to be more difficult anyway? Can I get any tests (either free of charge or on the NHS due to lack of funds) done to see if I am actually fertile? I am desperate to have a baby and don't want to be hanging around waiting if there is something that can be done or can help me. Thanks

Hi. I had my period on the 24th of march and i had sex on the 10th,13th,19th, and 23rd of April. on April 27th my period came on. But in may It didnt. Plenty of ppl are coming to me telling me my breast look a little bigger. my nipples have gotten daker and around and inside of my bellybotton has gotten darker. about 2 weeks ago i was spotting brown and pink spots on my panty liner. but about 5 days before that i was bleeding kind of heavey for 4 days. Im really confused. My boyfriend says that i am because he knows what he did. i took a pregnacy test but it came back negative. both of them. Am I??

I had my menstration on the 16th of January, 14th of February and 16th March, 2008. But by April, 2008 I didn't see my flow. I want to know if I am pregnant or not and what days are more fertile for the whole of this year 2008 for me to get pregnant?

hi.. I am 25 years old and I got pregnant in the month of August, 2007 and when was 7 weeks pregnant then, the doctors came to know that the baby was growing in the fallopian tube. They immeditaly operated and got my right fallopian tube removed. Now, we are again planning to have a baby. I want to ask you as to what are my chances of conceiving again and how long does it take for me to conceive?? I am now using Folic acid medicines everyday. Please do let me know what are the things I need to take care of to get pregnant soon. Thank You, Sangeeta
