How to keep your baby's socks on

How to keep your baby's socks on
Average rating: 3 out of 5 star rating

If your baby keeps kicking their socks off, try putting tights on them instead. If it's a boy, put tights under his trousers. No one will notice, least of all him!

I agree Sarah! Personally when ever I wear tights its like torture for me. I only ever put tights on my daughter when she is wearing a skirt and even then she demands I remove them as soon as we were home. I'd rather my child had chilly toes than be uncomfortably hot.

Don't think tights on a baby underneath trousers would be very healthy. What about overheating?? Also the skin would have no chance to breath! This would equal one very unhappy baby. As your baby is only 27 weeks - I think you have a lot to learn yet.

I am a grandma and I am most concerned that though my daughter's house is well heated her 12 month old baby goes without socks and shoes, for ideal growth she says, but is beginning to walk on the parquet. Now I may be old fashioned, and always took the advice of my mum, that if your feet get cold, you get colds. I am anxious for my daughter to buy her baby shoes now for support and warmth for his feet. Of course he wears socks when going in his pram or the car. But at what age should babies have shoes and why?
