Im a 16 year old girl and when i asked my mom to get my belly buttom pierced she told me no. then about 2 months later i asked her to get a tattoo and she told me yes so i now have 2 tattoo's which are way worse then piercing so be glad she didnt ask you for that... but i understand why youmade her wait til she was 16..

im a 15 yearold girl so i can see this from both points of view ... my mums had it worse iv had 14 peircings including my belly button wich i got when i was 13 and my tongue wich i got 3 weeks ago, my nose that i got when i was 14 and 10 on my ears (the 14th was my eyebrow that i took out to her relief) my mum knows that if she dosent take me and consent on the papers il find someone who will ... either way i will get it done, the compromise is no conselation to your daughter as she can get it done on her own without your consent when shes 16 anyway, my mum let me get mine done after a good report at school id try something like that.
