On toddlers who want their own way
To a toddler, the world and those around him exist for his comfort and entertainment. This is shown when they refuse to share, refuse to take turns or refuse to wait for a parent to do something for them. Gradually, the realisation will come that the world does not revolve around this one, small person and that the feelings of others need to be taken into consideration.
