How will I feel after giving birth?

After your baby's born, you may feel bruised around the vagina for a few days or sore if you've had stitches. Some women find that taking arnica tablets can reduce bruising, and that four drops of lavender oil in the bath helps soothe the stitches.
At first you might think you'll never feel the same again, but the area should heal in no time.
To ease the pain
Clench your fist as tight as you can. Look at the tension in your wrist, feel the restricted blood supply to your fingers and focus on the ache in your arm and hand. Now, still with it clenched, turn away and take a deep breath in and a long, slow breath out, 'removing' yourself from the discomfort.
Tension causes pain, and pain causes fear. During labour, work on relaxation, which will help lessen the pain.

lizzy, about 1 year
i am 15 i just gave birth to twins in may. it doesn't hurt abit. i plan on getting pregnant in a couple weeks. two days after giving birth i was back at the gym. i love the feeling as the baby's head pops out. i have already had 8 children. because i started my peroid two weeks after i turned nine. i have a baby every year but twice i've had twins. it is like a tradition, every year on my birthday me and my boyfriend have sex until i get pregnant. it is so much fun having 8 kids. my boyfriend and i plan on getting married on my 21st birthday. his birthday is 2 days after mine.
