According to a new study called The Name Experiment, what you're called can make a difference to what people think of you, what job you'll do and even how long you'll live!

The study looked at 40 names, 20 girls' names and 20 boys' and gave them a rating based on how successful, lucky or attractive they sounded.

So if you're pregnant and looking for a baby name, have a look at the results before you make any decisions. Or find out what your name says about you.

The results

People called James and Elizabeth are seen as the most successful. Whereas the names Brian and Lisa are seen as the least successful.

People called Jack or Lucy are considered the luckiest. While Helen and John are the unluckiest of all the names surveyed.

And the names Sophie and Ryan are seen as the most attractive but George and Ann are the least attractive.
