Your baby
Baby is able to do things like blink (as you can see from the scan) and suck a thumb and should also be able to recognise your voice.
Your baby's looks are now very similar to how they'll be at birth. The foetus has hit the 2lb mark (900g) and by end of this trimester its position will tend to settle down, most often in the head-down position.
You
You're now reaching the final trimester and you'll be around 7-10kg heavier than before you conceived. Your bump should also be pretty noticeable by now.
