Here you can see the baby grasping - one of the vital reflexes with which babies are born.
Your baby is now aware of light and dark outside the womb and is probably used to your sleep and wake cycles. Chances are, baby's are the opposite of your own!
An average foetus will weigh around 3lb (1.3kg) and be around 40cm long.

It's important that you up your calcium, iron and fatty acid intake now, because your baby will double in size between now and birth.
