Your baby's facial features are developing by now - the eyes have a retina and lens attached and the tongue is beginning to form. your baby will be moving around, although you can't feel it.
It will now be the size of a large blueberry or grape - 13mm

There should be no real signs externally of your pregnancy at week 7, although you might find your jeans are slightly less comfortable than normal.
Many women are suffering from morning sickness at this stage and also getting migraines, often for the first time. Pregnant women should avoid ibuprofen and aspirin, so it's worth talking to your doctor if the migraines are really bad.
