Scotland

Glasgow Green



See the sky light up with the impressive display at Glasgow Green, and there's entertainment from Radio Clyde and on-site catering too.

When? Thursday November 5th: Catering from 4pm, entertainment from Radio Clyde from 6.30pm and the fireworks start at 7.30pm.
How much? Free!

Meadowbank Stadium, Edinburgh

Join the crowds for Edinburgh's largest firework display, with entertainment including a bagpipe performance!

When? Thursday November 5th: Gates open at 4.30pm, fireworks start from 7.30pm.
How much? You can buy tickets in advance (before October 25) for £4.50. For more info call Edinburgh and Scotland Information Centre on 0131 473 3800

The North

After Dark, Don Valley Grass Bowl, Sheffield

Named Yorkshire's number one fireworks display, this event attracts 18,000 people each year and has been going since 1996. There will be a live music stage hosted by Real Radio, a bonfire, a funfair and fireworks set to music.

When? Thursday November 5th: 5:30- 10pm. Bonfire lit at 7pm, fireworks at 8.30pm
How much? Adults (14yrs+) £8, Children (under 14) £4, under 3's free. Hotline 0114-2565656. Tickets available from Arena, City Hall, USUS & Hallam Unions & Star Shop York Street or online

Heaton Park fireworks and bonfire, Manchester

Enjoy the firework display on the Papal field and let the kids enjoy the rides at the funfair. There will also be a catering village so you'll have plenty of options for food and drink. It's expected to be very busy so you're advised to get there early.

When? Thursday November 5th: Funfair starts at 5pm, fireworks at 7.30pm, bonfire at 8pm
How much? Free! But £2 a car to park.

Roundhay Park, Leeds

Tens of thousands of people turn up to enjoy the bonfire and fireworks at Roundhay Park each year. Entertainment isn't confirmed yet for this year, but local radio DJs and the Leeds Rhino's dancers usually put in an appearance.

When? Thursday, 5th November, Fire lighting at 7.30pm, Fireworks at 8pm.
How much? Free, although you may be asked for a small donation to a charity
