That's goodtoknow...
Even if your pregnancy was planned, you may feel nervous and worried and may have PMT-like mood swings which leave you feeling irritable and weepy.

You are now 4 weeks pregnant or in your 5th week if that's how you're counting it
How is your baby growing?
Your baby is smaller than a grain of rice and weighs around 0.5g.
By the end of the fourth week your baby looks a bit like a tadpole. A basic placenta and umbilical cord, which provide the baby with food and oxygen, are already working.
Your baby's skin is clear, and although there are no recognisable limbs or facial features, the major organs, including the heart and brain, have already started to form.
How are you feeling?
At this early stage you may have no pregnancy symptoms, but some women feel unusually tired.
You may also feel the need to wee more often and your breasts feel full, tender and possibly lumpy.
Top tips
Most home pregnancy tests are sensitive enough to give you an accurate result from the day your period is due - and sometimes a few days earlier.
Once you have a positive result, make an appointment to see your GP to discuss your care and collect your form FW8, which means you will get free prescriptions and dental treatment.
