You are now 12 weeks pregnant or in your 13th week if that's how you're counting it
How is my baby growing?
Now that you are 12 weeks pregnant your baby is about 6.5cm long, and weighs about 20g.
During this week your baby's face starts to look more recognisable because the eyes, which started out at the sides of the head, have moved closer together and the ears are now almost in the right position, too.
The liver and kidneys have also started to function, and although you can't feel it, your baby's reflexes have developed so it will now move when your tummy is prodded.
How are you feeling?
Now that you're at the end of the first trimester, feelings of sickness should start to pass and you're likely to feel more energetic.
A midwife can now feel your uterus at the bottom of your abdomen, and you may even begin to see the beginnings of a bump emerging.

Your risk of miscarriage drops dramatically after the first 12 weeks, so this is the time that many mums-to-be decide to share the news about their pregnancy.
