You are now 13 weeks pregnant or in your 14th week if that's how you're counting it
How is my baby growing?
Your baby is now about 7.5cm long and weighs about 30g.
It's now completely formed and during the rest of your pregnancy it will mainly grow in size, allowing the organs to mature.
How are you feeling?
As you begin to look pregnant, you may start to notice stretch marks appearing, particularly on your breasts.
You can't get rid of them once they have developed, but you can reduce the risk of getting them by wearing a supportive bra and help them to fade by using moisturising body oils, designed for use in pregnancy, to keep skin soft and supple.

If you have a scan at this stage of pregnancy and the placenta seems to be near or covering the cervix, try not to worry.
At this stage this is unlikely to indicate a condition called placenta praevia, where the placenta covers or partially covers the cervix preventing vaginal delivery. As your baby grows, the placenta usually pulls away from the cervix.
