You are now 25 weeks pregnant or in your 26th week if that's how you're counting it
How is my baby growing?
Your baby measures 34cm and weighs around 1lb 4oz.
The spine structure is developing, nostrils are open and ears are working perfectly. The baby is also swallowing tiny amounts of amniotic fluid which can give them hiccups. You'll know when she has them because you'll feel her jerking around.
How are you feeling?
Your increasing size is taking its toll. Backache, swollen feet and ankles are very common now.
So is sciatica which happens when the growing uterus places pressure on your back and pelvis, causing periodic shooting pains in your lower back and legs. Rest, take a warm bath or apply ice to the sore area.
Top tips
Nothing to wear? Treat yourself to something new - it doesn't have to cost a fortune if you go to one of the many second-hand or nearly-new maternity wear websites, which sell dresses, trousers and tops from as little as £10.
Start by going to budget-bumps.co.uk or bumptastic.co.uk.
