During your first trimester of pregnancy you're bound to be going through a rollercoaster of emotions, what with all those hormones and the excitement of knowing you've got a baby on the way!

It's perfectly natural to have some worries while you're pregnant - but remember that the majority of pregnancies turn out fine.
