How you recognise her
You're probably the type of person who breezes through a crisis with an, 'oh well, it'll all sort itself out in the end', kind of attitude.
Women have been having babies since time began, so you don't see what all the fuss is about. You haven't really thought too deeply about antenatal or post-natal care but you're definitely looking forward to family holidays and trips to the zoo.
How to cope if you're an No Worries Mum...
While it's great to think about all the brilliant experiences you'll have as a mother, it's important to get ready for the odd ache or pain and don't forget the sleepless nights!
To make sure you've thought of everything and are fully prepared for pregnancy and motherhood, visit your GP or midwife as soon as possible after finding out you're pregnant. Then you can choose between midwifery care or a team of health care professionals for consistent care and support throughout your pregnancy.
When you find out you are pregnant you should...
