Your baby's reproductive organs are now beginning to form and should be visible in next week's 20-week scan, so remember to ask your sonographer if you want to know the sex.
Babies enjoy sucking their thumb in the womb, as you can see from this scan.

Now's the point of your pregnancy when you might be suffering from heartburn - this is because your uterus is pushing up on your stomach.
To make this easier, try eating little and often, rather than your regular 3 meals a day and avoid spicy foods.

essy, 4 months
