As you can see from the picture, it's common for babies to keep their hands to their heads for long periods, as they get less and less room.
You can also see skin creases on the fingers as the baby gets more fat on its hands.

You should be going to your midwife every 2 weeks now for ante-natal checks.
Your midwife will probably test you for anaemia and also check your glucose levels.
