Gemma Collins I'm a Celebrity

Not one to do anything by halves, Gemma Collins has dramatically quit the jungle just three days in.

The bubbly blonde had been finding life outside of her natural Essex habitat hard and had  previously threatened to quit. She finally bit the bullet and left the other celebrities to it last night.

Being the first The Only Way Is Essex woman to have appeared on the hit ITV show, she beat other female cast members to land her place, including Jessica Wright and Ferne McCann.

The Daily Mail reported that a spokesperson from I'm A Celebrity confirmed Gemma's departure, saying: 'We're sorry to see Gemma go but respect her decision and wish her well.'

Looks like Gemma wasn't cut out for jungle life...

Before her arrival in Australia, Gemma had been excited about the prospects it might bring. Speaking to Closer magazine before the show started, she said: ‘I was meant to lose weight before I went in the jungle, but I couldn't stop eating, so losing weight once I am in there will be great!'

She then added: '‘Hopefully I'll walk out of the jungle in three weeks' time with my head sorted out, my heart repaired and I'll be 3st lighter. I'd be so happy.'

Well, unfortunately it wasn't plain sailing for Gemma, scroll down for her very best moments from her three whole days in the jungle.

It all started with her entrance...

See Gemma's reaction to the helicopter in motion below. It's really worth it.

And she acted exactly how any rational grown up would expect

Our favourite quote? ‘Some people need breaking in gently, do you know what I mean? Yeah alright, I've cracked at the first hurdle but it's like the turtle and the slug or the horse and the rabbit - I can't remember what it was, the slowest one won in the end.' Profound Gemma, but we think you might mean the hare and the tortoise?

Then there was: 'GET IT OUT!'

Gemma's first experience of the jungle didn't exactly sit well with her usual high standards. The Towie star became hysterical when she thought there was a big in her hair. We're pretty sure there wasn't one and chances of bugs in the jungle are pretty high so we hope she embraces this sooner rather than later.

And it continued with Gemma showing off her gymnastic skills and sharing a little too much

Fast forward to 34 seconds in and you'll have the pleasure of seeing Gemma put Femfresh up her nose in an attempt to block out the odours of the 'dunny', or toilet as we know it.

Then there was the infamous jungle shower scene

Gemma took to the steady ice cold trickle like a duck to water really. Don't you think?

Then finally for probably her most glorious moment

Yes, she really did describe her 'business' as 'bright yellow' and 'fluorescent' and yes she absolutely did claim to have malaria, while standing tall and having a coherent conversation. Oh, and by the way she threatened to quit twice before, claimed she
was going to kill herself because of the lack of food and was the
first to throw herself into the infamous shower scene. If we had to sum
her up in three words they would have to be cool, calm and collected. What a shame she's left, we really enjoyed watching her!
