Adele tells fans: 'I'm going to have another baby'

The singer just finished an 107 show tour

'Rumour has it' that Adele could be expecting a second baby very soon.

The singer, 28, has just concluded an 107 show tour, and ended her last show by telling fans that she was going to have another child.

'I'll see you later. I'll see you on the other side,' she said as the crowd in Phoenix, Arizona cheered her finale. 'I'm going to have another baby'.

It's likely that Adele, who is already mum to four-year-old son Angelo with partner Simon Konecki, was revealing plans to conceive in the near future, rather than confirming her pregnancy, but fans are still speculating that the singer could be debuting a bump any time now.

Simon also has a daughter from a previous relationship, who is very much a part of the family's lives.

Opening up during an interview with Vanity Fair in October, Adele said she was apprehensive about having another baby because of her battle with post-partum depression.

'My knowledge of postpartum — or post-natal, as we call it in England — is that you don't want to be with your child; you're worried you might hurt your child; you're worried you weren't doing a good job,' she said.

'But I was obsessed with my child. I felt very inadequate; I felt like I'd made the worst decision of my life...'

'It can come in many different forms. Eventually I just said, I'm going to give myself an afternoon a week, just to do whatever the f*ck I want without my baby. A friend of mine said, "Really? Don't you feel bad?"'

'I said, I do, but not as bad as I'd feel if I didn't do it. It makes you a better mum if you give yourself a better time.' She added that although she often felt guilty for touring and not being there to put her son to bed: 'I don't mind, because of the love I feel for him. I don't care if I don't ever get to do anything for myself again.'

Adele also recently shared a rare snippet into her home life when she shared an image of a banner reading 'Mummy you did it!' to her Instagram account.

'I just finished my 107 shows in 10 months. 100% live every night. I bloody smashed it, even if I do say so myself. You lot have been incredible, every night you've been so beautiful, loving and engaged,' she wrote alongside.

'My band and my crew you made the whole thing turn. And my beautiful family made it easy for me to do. Big love'.
