Lisa Snowdon has opened up in a recent interview about the possibility of motherhood at 45, admitting that she doubts she will be able to have children and thinks that 'decision has sort of been made for me'.

The model admitted during her stay in the I'm A Celebrity jungle that she had never found 'the right man to have a family'.

But after getting engaged to George Smart at the end of last year, fans could be wondering if the loved-up pair had been thinking about staring their own family.

In a recent interview with New! magazine, the 45-year-old has opened up about her thoughts on becoming a mother, explaining that she doesn't think she will be able to naturally and isn't sure if she would like to try alternative routes.

When asked if she plans to have children, Lisa said, 'I don't think so. I'm 45 now so that decision has sort of been made for me. I feel like that ship has sailed, unfortunately.'

Continuing to discuss other options, the TV presenter explained that she isn't sure they would work for her and George as a couple.

'Obviously, I know there are a lot of other alternatives – you can adopt or have IVF – but I don't know if that's for us.'

Focusing on her exciting wedding news, Lisa gushed about deciding how she and her fiancé will tie the knot. 'We can't decide what wedding we'd like.'

And it seems it's all to play for, as Lisa's entrepreneur husband-to-be wants a very different type of ceremony to his future wife.

'George would like a big, traditional wedding and I'd like a small one - maybe abroad. So we're not in sync with our thinking at the moment - which is quite rare for us - so we've put it on the back-burner for a bit.'

Lisa went on to reveal that the couple are seeking advice from friends and getting inspiration for their own special day.

'We're speaking to friends who have done it, and asking what they'd do differently.'

Yorkshire-born George proposed to Lisa on the Saturday before Christmas 2016, which she told The Sun's Fabulous magazine about earlier this year. 'George proposed to me on the Saturday before Christmas and it was such a lovely surprise.

'I had absolutely no idea he was going to do it! He did it at home, it was just us, it was really low-key and completely unexpected.

'He chose the most beautiful diamond ring, which I love and amazingly it fits me perfectly!'
