Former Love Island star Emma-Jane Woodhams is pregnant with her first child

She 'can't wait' to become a mum

Love Island contestant Emma Jane-Woodhams is pregnant with her boyfriend Jordan's baby.

Emma, who appeared on the show in 2016, reconciled her relationship with Jordan, her childhood sweetheart, after her split with Love Island boyfriend Terry Walsh, just five months ago.

The 20-year-old reality star confirmed the news on Instagram with a picture of her and Jordan saying: 'PDA Alert - There's only one. This boy, my childhood sweetheart for 3 years, before we grew apart to both do some living... we stayed civil and in contact on and off but i never imagined that he would come back into my life (hopefully forever) all these years later and make everything right again - this time around he is not just my boyfriend, but my best friend, my strength and my whole world, no one will ever see me how he does or understand my heart like he can... clearly it was always meant to be. #myotherhalf #neveranother #lifelongbond'

Emma's management also confirmed the news to The Sun, saying: 'Emma has grown up a lot since her time on the show. Her romance with Terry didn't work out which gave her the chance to reignite her romance with Jordan.'

'They were together for three years before deciding to lead separate lives and now their love is stronger than ever.

'Emma is eighteen weeks pregnant and can't wait to become a mum for the first time - she's very excited for what's to come.'

Emma dated Terry, whom she met on the show, for eight months, but five months ago Terry announced their split on Twitter.

'For people asking me or who it concerns me n Em have broken up,' he explained at the time. 'We're still friends. One chapter closes another must open.'

Emma isn't the first Love Island cast member to welcome a baby - previous runners ups Cally Jane Beech and Luis Morrison welcomed a baby girl, Vienna Morrison-Beech, into the world in May. However the couple have since announced their separation.

Last year's winner Cara De La Hoyde is also currently pregnant with her Love Island boyfriend Nathan Massey's baby, although the pair are no longer in a relationship.
