Rochelle Humes reveals her 'disgusting' mum behaviour as she sucks snot out of daughter Valentina's nose

The mum-of-two gets brutally honest...

TV personality and former The Saturdays singer Rochelle Humes has gone public with a 'disgusting' parenting confession.

We all know, when your baby's poorly you'll do anything to help them settle.

That 'anything' ranges from watching Peppa Pig on loop and sleeping on the floor while holding their hand to letting them eat ice cream for breakfast and sucking their snot out of their nose... no? Well, that's just what mum-of-two Rochelle just did.

Taking to the Stories section of her Instagram account, the 28-year-old shared her honest and open confession with her one million followers.

Looking bare-faced and beautiful, Rochelle filmed a candid to-camera piece documenting her evening as she put her youngest - six-month-old Valentina - down for the night.

Describing how the tot is teething and full of cold the singer explained: 'Just put Valentina to bed, she's not been very well actually she's teething and got a cold, so bunged up that last night - wait for it - I sucked the snot out of her nose. Yeah.'

Rochelle tagged the story with a #mumlife and lots of 'sick-faced' emojis - but we're sure this sucking snot act resonates with many parents the globe over.

Following up this initial story Rochelle also went on to describe her youngest daughter's shocked response.

'The joke of it is,' she continued, 'she actually looked at me like "Mum what are you doing to me? Get off me this is disgusting." And I'm like "I just tasted snot for the first time in my life".'

The celeb mum animated this story with the word 'savage' - a rather accurate adjective, if you ask us.

Rochelle and Marvin have been married for five years and Valentina Raine, who was born in March 2017, is the most recent addition to the Humes' family, joining three-year-old big sister Alaia-Mai.
