She recently welcomed her second child and is getting used to life as a family of four, so multitasking is probably nothing new to Katie.
Taking to Instagram, she gave fans a glimpse of how she fits working out into her busy schedule by posting a clip of herself squatting against a wall while holding baby Penelope.
Alongside the video, the mum-of-two wrote: 'No time to go to the gym with getting these two whirl winds ready so wall sits in the kitchen with this monkey before work'.
After Katie shared it on Instagram, the post sparked concern among fans who thought the mum should put Penelope down while she's doing the exercise.
One said: 'Am I the only one disturbed by this? Poor baby', while another wrote: 'Ridiculous, put her down'.
A third questioned if what she was doing is 'safe', and a fourth added: 'She looks so uncomfortable why not lay her in a travel seat next to you.. just looks odd holding her like that.'
Another of Katie's fan also commented: 'I really don't understand it, let her sleep and you get some exercise.'
However, others didn't think the mum's choice of exercise was bad for the baby and simply wrote to say what an inspiration Katie is for them.
One said: 'Omg she is soo tiny and cute💕 you go girl any exercise is good exercise, you look amazing btw!'
Another wrote: 'What an inspirational woman 🤗'.
Katie welcomed her second child, Penelope, in December, after revealing she was expecting in June.
Speaking exclusively to GoodtoKnow earlier this month, Katie revealed that having more little ones is not in the cards for her.
'Never again. I just think two children, and a dog, and a husband and a career is quite full on', she said.
'I don't know if I have enough in me to dedicate to another child.'
