Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul and his wife Lauren are expecting their first child

Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul has excitedly announced that he and wife Lauren are expecting their first baby together.

The 38-year-old star took to social media to reveal the happy news, sharing a snap with his 3.2 million followers which he captioned with: ‘Hey everyone. Look what I did..’

The actor continued: ‘Words can’t express how excited I am that this little one has entered our lives. Just thought it was time I would share this beautiful news with all of you. ❤️👶🏻’

In this image, Aaron’s wife Lauren is pictured in a dimly lit room with tie-waist top really highlighting the baby bump as she cradles it protectively.

Aaron’s fans couldn’t control their excitement, with the post receiving over 400k likes in under 12 hours.

One fan simply said: ‘Congrats man! 💖 babies rock! 👍👶’ While another took this opportunity to pass down some sage advice: ‘Gaaah! Parenthood is the best gift ever!! Enjoy and take in every moment. Congratulations to you both!!’

‘Congratulations!! Wishing a healthy and safe pregnancy and delivery, and a healthy baba ❤️’ commented another fan, wile another exclaimed: ‘Oh my god!! There is gonna be another tiny Paul or a tiny Lauren?!😱🎉 Congrats!!!’

Mum-to-be Lauren also posted an announcement to her 463k followers, captioned simply with ‘Oh hi 🐣👶🏼👋🏼!’

The sweet snap was a baby picture of her and husband Aaron with a one of their scan below it.

And the 30-year-old received lots of congratulations from her own followers too: ‘Omg yessss!!! You two will have the most beautiful beb’ declared one, while another said: ‘🌻 Absolutely love this 🌻’

Aaron and Lauren first met at music festival Coachella and tied the knot in May 2013. This is the first baby for both members of the couple.

Earlier this year Aaron told People magazine that the couple was in no rush to start a family, saying: ‘To be honest, we haven’t really thought about it.’

‘There’s no rush into anything. If it happens, it happens.’
