Chris Evans’ wife Natasha Shishmanian is pregnant with twins following a successful IVF treatment in 2017.
The radio show host revealed the happy news during his Radio 2 show this morning.
The twins will be the star’s fourth and fifth children, as 52-year-old Chris already shares sons Eli Alfred, five, and eight-year-old Noah Nicolas with Natasha is also dad to 31-year-old Jade, a daughter he shares with his former fiancé Alison Ward.
Chris announced that his wife was expecting twins during his morning radio show on Radio 2.

Speaking to a fertility expert, Chris asked about advice with twins. The expert joked: ‘Get a bigger car.’ Chris then confirmed: ‘Mrs Evans is…she is now, yeah. Twins. Double trouble. Twin turbo.
‘We’ve known for a while, obviously. She’s definitely the mother, there’s no doubt about that.’
Chris then went on to speak about how he now sees twins everywhere, just like when you buy a new car and then suddenly feel like everyone has that car.
He said: ‘When you begin to be involved in the world of twins, suddenly twins are everywhere – twins are not as rare as you think.’
Chris told listeners back in April that he and Natasha was seeking fertility treatment. He told listeners: ‘Mrs Evans has gone into hospital this morning at 7am – she is the field and there’s a harvest taking place this morning.
‘I have to leave at 9:30 in the morning because I am required.’
Chris then clarified exactly what he meant as his co-host Rob Brydon seemed a little confused. He said: ‘It’s a nice thing, we’re having one last hurrah, one last attempt at a fourth ankle biter.’
Little did they know that they would be blessed with two! The couple wed in 2007 but haven’t had any children together until now.
After this morning’s announcement live on radio a message was shared on Radio’s official Twitter page.
The post read: ‘Watch out 2018, The Evans Twins are on the way… @chrisevans’.
Fans were quick to offer their congratulations in response to the news.
One wrote: ‘Congratulations @achrisevans’, while another joked: ‘Wow, congrats Chris and N, still plenty of lead in the old pencil then.’
Congratulations to Chris and Natasha!
