Chrissy Teigen had some very sad news to share with fans last night.
The model, who’s currently pregnant with her second child, uploaded a heartfelt post to Instagram to announce the passing of her beloved pooch, Puddy.
‘Today our baby, Puddy, has gone on to the pup heavens. John and I got Puddy in our first year of dating, when I convinced him half-birthday presents were a real thing. 10 years ago, on May 30th, I found the dog that would be there for us through every up, down, new house, new city, new tour, new travel,’ she started her emotional caption.
‘He welcomed new pups and loved on new babies and new bellies. He was there for everything. Every time I needed a taste tester, someone to kiss or needed to sob into his stinky rolls, he was there. It’s true what they say. We are their entire lives and it is the greatest shame that they can only bless us with a short spark of time in ours.’
The 32-year-old then made it very clear that she’ll never forgot the happy times Puddy spent with her and her family.

Obviously devastated by the bulldog’s death, Chrissy posted a number of photos as a tribute.
One sees the expectant mother and her late pet snuggled up in bed, while in another, Puddy rocks a bunny outfit complete with pink sequinned ears.
A video showed the bond Chrissy and John Legend’s daughter Luna shared with Puddy as he licks her toes in footage taken when she was a small baby.
After she shared the news, many followers sent their condolences to the family.
‘I’m so so sorry! We have two bulldogs they really are the BEST most loving family dogs ever! 💔,’ said one.
Another sweetly added: ‘You will see him again at the Rainbow Bridge.🌈 He will be waiting there for you, full of energy, happiness and life.’
