Hollyoaks actress Rachel Adedeji has confirmed that she's pregnant with her first child.
Sharing the news with her 46.5k Instagram followers, Rachel shared a sweet snap of her growing baby bump to Instagram, captioning the pic: 'Delighted to say that Jason and I are expecting our first child! Baby Adedeji will be due 27th December Xx 👶🏾'
One fan wrote:' Omg congratulations your beautiful couple 💋💋💋💋💋💋'.
However, a couple of others panicked that the actress would leave the Chester cobbles: 'She's gonna leave hollyoaks😢 BUT CONGRATS', one wrote, followed by another who added: 'Congrats💘 Gonna miss Lisa in Hollyoaks tho😭❤️'
Rachel originally shot to fame on The X Factor in 2009, but now stars in teatime Channel 4 favourite Hollyoaks as Lisa Loveday.
While she's kept mum about her bump, she had to let her Hollyoaks wardrobe team into the secret so they could disguise her growing bump with new clothes.
But luckily they already had experience hiding giveaway bumps, as Rachel's co-stars Jennifer Metcalfe and Chelsee Healey have both recently given birth after working on the set throughout their pregnancies.
