Kim Kardashian West reveals she 'bribes' daughter North with make-up to go to school

But the mum has a trick up her sleeve...

Kim Kardashian West has opened up about her daughter North's obsession with make-up, saying she even uses it to bribe her so that she goes to school.

The reality TV star, who's currently expecting her third child via surrogate, made the parenting confession in an interview with Us Weekly, where she discussed the launch of her new beauty range.

When asked if North played with her beauty products, the mum confessed that sometimes she even uses them to bribe her into going to school.

'She's such a girlie girl. She loves all of my products. She loves the glosses. She just loves makeup. Sometimes I have to bribe her to go to school and be like: "Do you want to put on some makeup?" and she'll say: "Okay."'

But Kim, who's also a mum to baby boy Saint, has a trick up her sleeve and doesn't actually let North wear make-up to school.

'I'll put on fake makeup, and she won't know because she's not looking in the mirror, but she thinks it's all on her face,' she explained.

'We'll be driving to school, and she'll say: "Mom, do I still have it on?" And I'm like, "Yes, you sure do."'

The 37-year-old also spoke of her excitement at her growing family, but made it clear she wouldn't comment on any of her sisters rumoured pregnancies.

'I can only comment on my growing family, which is just the West family. I'm really excited to welcome a new baby into the family, and I think it'll be such a fun time. It's always exciting,' she revealed.

Kim recently announced that her and Kanye are expecting a baby girl, when she accidentally let it slip that North refers to the incoming bundle of joy as 'baby sister'.

Fans had already guessed the gender of the baby before the revelation however, when pictures of her baby shower emerged, which showed Kim's house covered in pink blossoms.
