Game of Thrones star Peter Dinklage and wife Erica Schmidt expecting second child

Congratulations to this lovely couple!

Actor Peter Dinklage and his director and playwright wife Erica Schmidt are expecting their second child together.

The Game of Thrones star, who is known for playing the hilarious Tyrion Lannister in the popular HBO series, is expanding his brood to make a family of four.

Peter stood proudly with his talented wife on 1st March at the premiere of her new play in New York, All The Fine Boys, where her bump stole the show.

Erica, 41, showed off her growing bump while posing for pictures, protectively rubbing her belly and even letting cast members join in on the fun.

Taking pictures on the red carpet, the team and cast behind the show were all smiles as they reached over and placed their hands on Erica's growing bump in congratulations.

The showbiz couple have been together for 11 years and already share a five-year-old daughter together.

Erica and Peter, 47, tied the knot in 2005 and they welcomed their baby girl together six years later in 2011. The private couple chose to keep her name a secret and never officially revealed it to the public, although E! News reports that her name is Zelig.

Giving a rare insight into their family life, Peter opened up to People magazine shortly after the birth of their daughter at the 2012 Golden Globe ceremony where he won an award.

Speaking of the glamorous night and leaving their daughter at home with a babysitter for the first time, he said:

'Everything's fine - so far. She's a baby. Crying never killed anyone. Well, maybe tha's not true.'

Back in 2011 Peter chose the Emmy awards to give a shout out to his wife and when collecting his award he honoured her in his speech, telling her loved her.

Addressing Erica whilst picking up his Emmy, he said: 'I love you, Erica. You're amazing.'

Congratulations to our favourite Lannister and his glowing wife!
