Prince George and Princess Charlotte to share their nanny with the newborn as Kate Middleton and Prince William say ‘no’ to hiring new staff
The royal couple are breaking tradition
Prince George and Princess Charlotte will be welcoming their new sibling in a few months, but their parents Kate Middleton and Prince William could break royal tradition when it comes to their third child.
The couple is due to welcome another baby into their brood in April, just a few weeks before Harry and Meghan say 'I do' at Windsor Castle.
But even though three children could be quite a handful, Kate and William could be breaking tradition with their new baby by not hiring another nanny to look after the newborn.
According to Us Weekly, the pair aren't planning on hiring a nanny for their third child, and will instead continue with the 'same arrangement as before'.
A source told the publication: 'They didn't feel the need for an additional nanny. They feel they can handle everything with the same arrangement as before.'
William and Kate have relied on the same nanny since Prince George was born, Maria Borrallo, and they also have a a house assistant in place.

Even though the couple will now have three little ones to look after, both Prince George and Princess Charlotte, who recently started attending Willcocks Nursery School, are in school, which makes it a lot easier to manage their brood of three.
It also helps that by now Kate and William are probably very confident as parents, after going through the same process two times already.
'At this point they're extremely confident in their parenting abilities — they're absolute pros', the source told Us Weekly.
The move follows a change in tradition when it comes to the royal family and nannies, as royals become more hands on with their children.
When the Queen was a baby, she was left with her nanny at just nine months old when her parents went on a 6 month tour of Australia and New Zealand.
However, in a change to typical events, Prince William travelled with his parents on a royal tour to Australia and New Zealand when he was less than a year old and his nanny came along - just like Prince George did with Kate and William in 2014.
Kate and William announced they were going to become parents for a third time in September, with a statement posted on social media.
'The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Cambridge is expecting their third child', a tweet sent out by Kensington Palace read at the time.
