A mum has issued a £325 bill to a fellow parent after her daughter returned from a playdate with marks on her shoes.
Sarah Louise Bryan, a fashion designer, sent a furious email to the other mother, saying the 'Italian fur booties' that three-year-old Isabella was wearing needed to replaced by 1st February, at the family's expense.
'So Isabella has just come home from her playdate with your child and I am disgusted to see her new Italian leather shoes are all scuffed and have a Sharpie mark on them,' she wrote in the message, which was reproduced in the The Sun.
'Below is the bill for these replacing because they can not be fixed these are fine Italian leather! As a designer I do not want my child to look anything less than pristine.
'Bill for a replacement pair of Italian fur booties £325 to be paid by 01/02/2017 before I take this higher. Thank you. Sarah.'

Sarah Louise insists that it's crucial that child model Isabella always looks 'pristine'
'If your child comes back with scratches on their body, you'd be like "what's happened?"', Sarah Louise explained to the paper.
"It's the same with her shoes. She's not supposed to go outside with them. Wherever she goes, she goes with a bag of other shoes.
'Obviously shoes get scuffed on the soles, but these look like they've been worn for a year, not for a few hours. There's also a big black mark on the toe where they've been drawn on. I was devastated when I saw them.'
She added that child model Isabella, who has around 60 pairs of shoes in her wardrobe, needed the boots for fashion shoots.
The mother in question has reportedly refused to pay for the damage, saying: 'I don't know what her problem is to be honest.
'She must have more money than sense if she's going to pay that much for a pair of shoes for her daughter and then complain when they get ruined.'
