Fans quickly took to Twitter to congratulate Zachery and his wife Carly on the announcement, with one writing 'Congrats to you and your wife on a healthy and happy baby,' and another adding, 'What a precious gift'.

Zachery started his career in television with advertising roles at a young age, and was quickly cast alongside Tim Allen in the role of oldest child Brad in Home Improvement, which he played from 1991 to the show's conclusion in 1999.

Since then, Zachery has had brief roles in a number of other series, including The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and Veronica Mars. However, he has not featured as an actor for film or TV since 2009, and has turned his hand to producing, most recently working on documentary film Milius in 2013.
