What is an RSS feed?
RSS - you've probably heard of it but what on earth does it actually mean? Well, RSS stands for 'Really Simple Syndication' or 'Rich Site Summary'. Basically, the clever technical people have discovered a way of keeping you up-to-date with your favourite sites, like goodtoknow, blogs and videos all at the same time. So when you're next checking your profile on Facebook, we can send you RSS feeds from goodtoknow with our latest recipes, diet tips or health news. Whatever you want, really.
That sounds good but it also sounds hard to do. Is it?
The good people at Facebook have made it very simple. Sign in to your account and go to 'My Notes'. Select 'Import Blog' and enter any one of the web links from this page (at the bottom). Facebook only allows you to import one feed at a time so choose carefully, or change them every week. Now click on 'Start Importing' and hey presto! Goodtoknow's latest content will start appearing on your Wall. If you want to stop importing at any time, go back to 'My Notes', click on 'Edit Import Settings' and then 'Stop Importing'. Do you have a blog? Well you can also add feeds to that. Sign in to your blog and follow the instructions for adding a new feed.
Great! So what RSS feeds does Goodtoknow have?
We thought you'd never ask :)
