How to please fussy eaters

I let my kids choose a new vegetable to try when we go to the supermarket - they now like sweet potato, red cabbage and courgettes.
Philippa Hardy, 35, Winchester, Hampshire

My daughter's a fussy eater, so most weeks I'll make a big bolognaise sauce and chuck everything I can lay my hand on in it: carrots, onions, peppers, mushrooms - all whizzed in the processor so she can't spot them!
Alison Bennett, 42, Dundee

My son isn't keen on most veg, so I grate them into his food and mash cauliflower into his potato. He'll also eat veg soup if I liquidise the lumps.
Lynda Clarke, 31, Welford, Northamptonshire

Try raw sticks of veg like carrot and red pepper with houmous to get your kids to eat their veg.
Julie Stafford, 38, Manchester
