The best way to melt chocolate

The best way to melt chocolate
Average rating: 3 out of 5 star rating

To melt chocolate quickly and easily, place it in a metal bowl and put in the oven at the lowest possible temperature. Close the door. Turn the oven off after about five minutes. In about 10 minutes, the chocolate should have melted.

That sounds like a good way if your oven heats up very fast and you don't mind waiting 15 mins but a much faster way is to break the chocolate into a microwaveable dish and then microwave for 1 min, take out and stir then put back in till melted, removing and stirring every 30 seconds. In my microwave it usually takes about 3 mins all together.
