Give your kids home-made ice lollies packed full of fruit. Whizz together in a blender 100g (3-4oz) soft fruit (strawberries, raspberries or bananas), 200g (7oz) plain yogurt and 40g (1 1/2oz) sugar. Pour the mixture into moulds and freeze overnight.
