There are only 25 calories in the dessert, so you don't have to give up your after-dinner pudding.

Serves: 4-8
Per serving: 25kcal, 0g fat

1-2tbsp honey
4 peaches, halved and stoned
Mascarpone, to serve
Raspberries, to serve
Mint leaves, to decorate

1. Warm the honey, if necessary, to make it runny, then spread it over the cut sides of the peaches.
2. Grill, cut-side down, for 2-3 mins, then rotate 90° and cook for a further 2-3 mins - to give a charred grid pattern on the fruits.
3. Serve immediately with scoops of mascarpone in each centre with two or three raspberries on top. Decorate with sprigs of mint.
Not suitable for freezing.

Does anyone know what the sprinkle may be on top of the mascarpone in the photo? My guess is that it is either cinnamon or cocoa powder. This dessert looks wonderful and I look forward to making it.
