Waffles with honeyed pineapple and ice cream

4 waffles
25g butter
1 250g tin pineapple chunks
1 tbsp honey
Vanilla ice cream
1. Heat 4 waffles according to packet instructions.
2. Heat 25g butter in a frying pan. Drain a 250g can pineapple chunks and fry chunks over a high heat for 2 mins. Drizzle 1tbsp honey over and fry for 1 min more.
3. Pile pineapple on one waffle, top with another waffle and serve with vanilla ice cream.
