Steak and blue cheese salad
This tasty warm salad features rich steak and blue cheese dressing, yet it's still only 340 calories per portion. And you can rustle up in no time too.

100g (4oz) new potatoes, cooked and cut in half
2 spring onions , chopped
Mixed salad leaves
150g (5oz) beef frying steak, sliced
3tbsp Healthy Living blue cheese dressing
1. Add the chopped spring onions to the salad leaves.
2. Dry-fry the steak. When cooked but still warm, add the steak to the salad along with the potatoes and blue cheese dressing. Serve immediately.
