Four ways to get more energy
1. Take a walk - even ten mins is enough to lift energy levels and
relieve stress. Repeat three times a day and you'll have had your daily minimum quota of exercise too. But make sure you walk quickly and don't dawdle.
2. Stretch and yawn - this gets oxygen to the brain, helps to loosen knotted muscles and gives you an immediate energy boost.
3. Do some power breaths - place your palms on your lower stomach and slowly inhale through your nose, gradually expanding your diaphragm. If you're breathing correctly, you will feel your hands move outward. Hold for a count of five, then exhale slowly through your mouth. Breathing well helps to oxygenate and de-stress, lifting energy levels.
4. Take a power nap - If you get the chance it's a fantastic way to make up for getting less than eight hours sleep. 10-20 mins is all you need - any more and you'll fall into a deep sleep and feel groggy, not energised, when you wake.

Everyone talks about a power nap of 10-20 mins. The problem is when i try to have one, it takes me about 20-30 mins to get over, then i end up sleeping for over an hour. How is it possible to just nap for 10-20 mins,
