Organic smoothies
Makes: 1 glass
225g (8oz) organic strawberries, hulled and sliced
2tbsp organic yogurt
2 tsp organic runny honey
Organic milk to top up
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and whizz smooth. Pour into a tall glass.
Hangover smoothie
Makes: 1 glass
3 plum tomatoes
50ml (2fl oz) tomato juice (or more to top up)
2tsp Tabasco sauce (or to taste)
Juice of half a lemon
2tsp acacia honey
Pinch of sea salt
1. Blanch tomatoes and remove skins. Quarter then seed tomatoes.
2. Place in a blender with tomato juice, Tabasco, lemon juice honey and salt. Whizz smooth.
3. Pour into a tall glass.
