- Before roasting the turkey - squeeze a lemon over the skin, then place the lemon in the cavity. This acts as a natural sharp flavour enhancer.
- For the ultimate finish to your turkey, glaze your bird 15 minutes before removing from the oven with Extra Special Saffron Gilding Glaze.
- Once cooked, let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving. All the juices will settle and you will also get extra juices in your tray for the gravy.
