Kir Royal
This is a popular drink in France and no wonder, it's refreshing and bubbly, so impress your friends which this cocktail.
You'll need these per glass:
15-30ml (1-2tbsp) Cassis (blackcurrant liqueur)
150ml Champagne (chilled)
1. In a Champagne glass, pour in the cassis then top with champagne. Serve chilled.
