If you haven't had turkey this year or have cooked lots of different meats, you can use up any leftovers with these recipes:

Beef:
Beef salad nicoise
Sizzling greens with crispy beef

Ham:
Split pea and ham soup
Use leftover ham in this tasty asparagus, ham and walnut wrap recipe

Duck:
Swap the duck in this warm crispy duck and noodle salad for the leftover duck

Chicken:
