What does organic mean?
Grown without artificial fertilisers, sprays and additives. Organic chickens are fed organic feed and organic eggs are produced by chickens who are fed organic feed.

What does genetically modified mean?
DNA is taken from a food and modified in a laboratory, for example to make it have a longer shelf-life, and then reinserted into food crops. However, there have been concerns over the safety of these foods because they haven't been fully tested.
