Mango and coconut smoothie
Serves: 1
Preparation: 5 mins
Juice of 1 lime
1 banana, peeled
1 small mango
2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream
100ml coconut milk
Place the lime juice, banana, mango, vanilla ice-cream and coconut milk into a blender and whizz until smooth and thick.
Top tip:Try half-fat coconut milk for a lower calorie option.
