Summer's day roll
A delicious deli-style sandwich, perfect for a summer picnic. And if the weather's bad, toast under the grill to melt the cheese and enjoy indoors
Makes: 2 rolls
2 white sandwich rolls
Thinly sliced turkey breast
2tsp cranberry sauce
1/2 block of Brie (180g blocks)
2 handfuls of rocket
1. Lightly butter the rolls and cover one side of the roll with rocket.
2. Add a layer of smoked turkey and spread with a generous layer of cranberry sauce.
3. Cut the Brie into thick slices and place on top. Close the roll and enjoy!
