Make a delicious Italian pizza with this easy pizza recipe using prosciutto, basil and mozzarella - just how the Italians like it.

300g jar Napolina Tomato and Herb Pizza Topping
2 x 150g Napolina Pizza Bases
2 x 125g balls Italian buffalo mozzarella, sliced
6 thin slices prosciutto
15g basil leaves, torn
Napolina Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for drizzling

1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/gas mark 7.
2. Spread the pizza topping evenly onto the bases, then scatter with the mozzarella slices.
3. Place the pizzas directly on the top shelf of the oven with a baking tray underneath. Cook for 10 mins, until the cheese is melted.
3. Remove from the oven. Set aside for a few minutes before arranging the prosciutto slices and basil leaves on top. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil to serve.
