Warm the cream so that the melted chocolate doesn't set when added

Serves: 4
Per serving:
2 medium egg yolks
30g icing sugar
300ml double cream
150g dark chocolate
Half teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Put the egg yolks and icing sugar together in mixing bowl.
2. Whisk until mixture thickens slightly.
3. Melt dark chocolate over a saucepan or in the microwave.
4. Warm the cream slightly. Add half teaspoon of vanilla extract.Stir until well mixed using a stick blender if you have one.
7. Add the egg yolk and icing sugar mixture to the prepared chocolate and cream.
8. Blend again using whisk or stick blender.
9. Pour the mixture evenly into 4 separate ramekins, all the way to the top.
10. Place into a baking tin inside the oven.
11. Pour water into the tin, around half way up the side of the ramekins.
12. Set the oven to 180ºC.
13. Bake for 15-20 mins.
14. When ready, lift out of water and let cool in the fridge for around 2 hours for firmness.

Very nice taste. I took it to school and ate it. I dont really like the top chewy part but i love the middle bit!!
